WHAT IS COACHING?


When we’re caught or thrown into one of life’s tornados and feel out of control, a Wellness + Resilience Coach is there to co-navigate these storms. To bounce back from life’s unexpected setbacks and keep moving forward.

Coaching is a unique process. It’s not therapy. Coaching is a goal-oriented partnership that looks towards the future without over-analyzing the past. During the time we spend together, I devote my time, thoughts, and energy to you, exclusively. In between our sessions, you can count on me for check-ins and support.
